Two auxiliary relays
Choose how each output works.
Pulse output
The relay switches on briefly, then switches off — like pressing a button.
Timed output
The relay stays on for the period you choose, then switches off automatically.
Latch output
The relay stays on until you switch it off.
Set relay timing in the OneControl app settings. Your installer connects the auxiliary outputs to suitable equipment and tests their operation.
Installation
A connection to your Paradox panel.
AlarmComm connects to the panel’s serial interface. Your installer checks the panel, configures the connection and helps you set up the app.
Test before you rely on it
Test arming modes, both partitions, zone status, notifications, troubles and any connected auxiliary equipment. Remote app functions need device power and an internet connection.

Do I need a new alarm panel?
AlarmComm is designed for compatible Paradox MG and SP panels. Ask us or your installer to check your panel model before ordering.
Does it replace my armed response service?
Keep your existing armed response arrangement. AlarmComm adds monitoring and control through the OneControl app; your installer should test it alongside your existing alarm connections.
