Turn Almost Any Wired Contact Into a Wireless Device
The OneControl GateSensor is a battery-powered wireless transmitter designed to monitor gates, garage doors and any device that provides a normally closed (NC) contact output.
While it can be used with its supplied magnetic sensor to monitor the physical position of a gate or garage door, the GateSensor also includes a universal wired input that allows installers to connect external switches, magnetic contacts or relay outputs.
This transforms almost any wired contact into a reliable wireless device, eliminating the need to run long cable routes back to an alarm panel or control unit.
More Than Just a Gate Sensor
Unlike traditional wireless magnetic contacts, the OneControl GateSensor is designed as a flexible wireless input module.
Installers can connect:

Flexible Integration Options
The GateSensor can be deployed in two different ways depending on the installation requirements.

Option 1 – Direct Alarm Integration
The GateSensor communicates directly with the OneControl RX Link, a real-time wireless relay receiver. The RX Link connects to an alarm panel zone, allowing the wireless sensor to operate exactly like a traditional wired zone.
Whenever the GateSensor detects a change, the RX Link immediately switches its relay, providing fast and reliable alarm activation without running cables.

Option 2 – Intelligent Monitoring with MotorGuard Pro+
For advanced installations, the GateSensor communicates with the MotorGuard Pro+ before any alarm output is activated.
MotorGuard Pro+ analyses the event and can apply intelligent rules such as:
- Configurable gate-open timers
- Delayed alarm activation
- Mobile notifications
- Gate status monitoring
- Remote monitoring through the OneControl app
When required, the MotorGuard Pro+ can then activate the RX Link, triggering the alarm panel only after the configured conditions have been met.
